The content published by users (listings, photos, reviews) remains their property; by publishing it, the user grants the Platform a non-exclusive license to use it for the purposes of operating the service.
4. Role & responsibility of the Platform
For listings and the directory, PetsParadise acts as a technical intermediary connecting users; it is not a party to the contracts concluded between them and is not responsible for the content published by users nor for the conduct of transactions/adoptions. For the products sold in its shop, PetsParadise acts as a seller (see Terms of Sale). The Platform strives to ensure the accuracy and availability of the service but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions.
