The content published by users (listings, photos, reviews) remains their property; by publishing it, the user grants the Platform a non-exclusive license to use it for the purposes of operating the service.
4. Role & responsibility of the Platform
PetsParadise connects users and is not a party to their sale, gift, adoption or service contracts. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and compliance with applicable rules. PetsParadise carries out its own review and moderation duties, including checking the required details in public dog listings under Article 76d TSchV/OPAn. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Public dog listings
Under Article 76d of the Swiss Animal Protection Ordinance (TSchV/OPAn), a public offer to sell a dog must state in writing the seller's first name, surname and address, the dog's origin and its country of breeding. PetsParadise checks that these details are complete before publication; its role as an intermediary does not remove this duty. The details appear publicly in the listing.
