These Terms of Sale govern the paid animal-listing publication service on PetsParadise, provided by The Big Hub Sàrl, Rue Saint-Martin 22, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland — contact@petsparadise.ch. Any sale or adoption of an animal takes place directly between users; PetsParadise does not sell the advertised animals.
1. Service
Individuals and breeders may submit listings. A listing is not public until payment is confirmed. Approved shelters publish free of charge. Publication remains subject to the Terms of Use and moderation rules.
2. Price
Publication costs CHF 10 per animal, paid once, with no subscription. For a litter, the total depends on the number of animals and is shown before payment. The final price in Swiss francs, including any applicable tax, is displayed before confirmation.
3. Review and payment
Users can review and correct a listing before proceeding to the payment provider's secure page. The total is shown before confirmation. A paid listing becomes visible only after payment confirmation and subject to publication rules. PetsParadise does not receive the full card number.
4. Publication and moderation
Payment does not guarantee a sale, adoption or particular ranking. Listings that breach these terms or the law may be refused, suspended or removed. Removing an already published listing does not automatically refund a service already provided, subject to mandatory rights. Inactive listings may be archived under the service rules.
5. Withdrawal and complaints
Users can withdraw a listing from their account. Duplicate payments, billing errors and paid listings that were never published can be reported to contact@petsparadise.ch. We first offer a correction; if publication remains impossible, we refund the service not provided. Removal after publication does not automatically give rise to a refund, subject to mandatory rights.
6. Data and applicable law
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory rules and legally competent courts.
7. Paid but unpublished listing
If a paid listing is rejected before it has ever gone live, we offer an opportunity to correct it where possible. If compliant publication is not possible, we refund the amount paid for that listing. Contact contact@petsparadise.ch with the payment reference. This rule does not change the treatment of a listing removed after publication.
