Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know.

When does my listing go online?

As soon as payment is confirmed. If you close the payment window, your listing waits for you as a draft — nothing is lost.

How long does my listing stay up?

Until the animal finds its family. No renewal to pay. A listing with no activity at all for 120 days is simply archived, and you can publish it again.

Does my directory page cost anything?

No. Your page, your kennel showcase, your reviews and your verified badge are free, with no time limit. Only putting an animal online is paid.

And for a whole litter?

You enter all the young, then pay once: CHF 10 per animal. Five puppies, fifty francs, a single payment.
