Delete your Petsparadise account

You can delete your account and its associated data on the website or in the Petsparadise app. This action cannot be undone.

On the website

  1. Sign in to the account concerned.
  2. Open Account → Profile & security.
  3. Under “Delete my account”, confirm your identity and enter SUPPRIMER.

In the app

Open Compte → Confidentialité et réglages → Supprimer mon compte (the app is available in French only), then confirm with your password or with Apple/Google and enter SUPPRIMER.

What is deleted

Account, profile, listings, photos, conversations, favorites, notifications and device identifiers.

What is kept

Accounting records are kept separately from the account for the legally required period, generally ten years. Copies may remain in backups until their rotation, after about seven days.
